- Apply to the area to be treated, over clothing or a towel between the gel pack and bare skin
- WARNING: Treatment time should not exceed 20 minutes.
How to Use for Heat Therapy:
- Gently knead the gel pack to make sure the gel is spread evenly. This allows the heat to disperse evenly
- Place the gel pack flat in the microwave on a dry paper towel. Fold larger packs in half if needed depending on microwave sizing.
- Heat the pack at full power at 5-second intervals, overheating will cause the pack to expand, rupture, and leak. Inspect the ice pack at each interval to ensure the pack is intact.
